Remodeling Services FAQs
An estimate will be coordinated with you and a Lead Technician.
- If you are using one of our subcontractors for tile/drywall installation, we will facilitate the coordination.
- If you are using your own subcontractor we prefer that our Lead Technician is onsite at the same time as your subcontractor, so everyone can be fully informed of the Scope of Work to be completed.
Once the Scope of Work has been determined, our Field Operations Coordinator will follow up with a quote.
- If no subcontractors are involved, you can expect a quote in 1-2 days.
- If subcontractors are involved, the quote will be sent within 1-2 weeks.
Yes. You can purchase your own fixtures and hire Ziegler Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. to install them. However, it’s important that you purchase plumbing fixtures that are of good quality and will work for the setup at your home. While we provide a 1-year warranty on our workmanship, if you provide your own part, we cannot warranty the part if it breaks.
No. When it comes to remodeling, we provide plumbing services only. We are not designers and do not assist in the layout/scheme of the room you are remodeling. However, we do work with a subcontractor who can lay flooring, drywall and tile.
No, we do not install vanity and mirrors. We install all plumbing-related fixtures and drains.
